Payouts settle every 30 days. Referral volume moves you up through First, Second, and Third Wish automatically.

First Wish
0–9 referrals / monthEntry-level rates across every category. No application fee, no minimum traffic requirement.
Second Wish
10–29 referrals / monthRates step up 20–40% depending on category. Unlocked automatically the month after you hit the threshold.
Third Wish
30+ referrals / monthTop-tier rates plus priority payout processing and a direct line to partner-brand affiliate managers.

Is there a cost to join?+
No. Applying and maintaining an account on Genie is free. We take a small share of the commission partner brands already pay us — you never pay out of pocket.
How often do I get paid?+
Every 30 days, provided your balance is above the $50 minimum. Balances below that roll into the next cycle automatically.
Can I lose a tier?+
Tiers are recalculated monthly based on your trailing referral volume. If volume drops, you settle back a tier — but you never lose already-earned commission.
Do I need a large audience to apply?+
No minimum follower or traffic count is required. We review the fit between your audience and our partner categories, not raw size.
